Gobble Gobble ... aarrrggghhhh!

Time to start thinking about Thanksgiving, folks...it is fast approaching. Hope we get to see that moving slice of film where Sarah Palin is being interviewed at a turkey farm while...I’m not kidding...a turkey was having its neck rung behind her.

There stood our lovely Sarah, oblivious to what was happening. She was there to engage in the time-honored practice of pardoning a turkey for Thanksgiving, obviously not that one.

The interview was going swimmingly until a worker appears in the background shoving a couple of turkeys neck-first into the death grinder while our Sarah yammered on.

Hmmm, starting to feel all warm and fuzzy and in the holiday mood?

Once the pathetic creature went limp (the turkey, that is), the “murderer” casually tossed it into a large barrel I assume was filled with dead turkeys.  SNL couldn’t have written a more bizarre skit.

So much for pardoning a turkey at Thanksgiving in Wasilla.

A New Tradition is Born

Along with the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade this film should be shown on an annual basis like It’s A Wonderful Life and Miracle on 34th Street is shown around the Christmas festivities.

You really have to watch this video if you missed it last Thanksgiving.

Seems that where ever Sarah goes, disaster follows.
