Finally, tfg is being held accountable in a court of law for SOME of his lifetime of crimes: a jury of his NY peers found him GUILTY on all 34 counts of falsifying business records in order to illegally benefit his 2016 presidential campaign. Falsifying business records is a misdemeanor in NY; falsifying those records in order to commit or hide another crime--such as cheating on taxes, such as far exceeding the legal limit for campaign donations, and such as unduly influencing an election by hiding damaging facts from the voting public--is a felony.

As a felon, will he lose his eligibility for a security clearance like any normal person would?
