I’ve used computers for as long as I can remember, first using IBM equipment to set type. The first thing I learned is NEVER to put your coffee anywhere near the computer. NEVER!

Sunday night I forgot those wise words and set my ice tea glass next to the keyboard. As many of you know I have multiple sclerosis. It took less than 30 seconds for me to knock the glass down and straight onto the keyboard.

Good-bye keyboard.

I’ve been rendered silent...impossible for me. I was forced to take notes. It was hell.

Today the new keyboard arrived. Thank you, nice UPS man.

MORAL: Don’t put your drink anywhere near your computer, keyboard, etc.

You’ll be sorry. I was.
