Alarming news just came across my desk: the Koch brother-supported organization Americans for Prosperity has now spent more funds in defeating Senator Kay Hagan in North Carolina than all Democratic outside groups in every other Senate race in the country combined.

Kay's seat is one we simply can't afford to lose.

She has consistently stood up for women, cosponsoring the Lilly Ledbetter Fair Pay Act and opposing GOP efforts to defund Planned Parenthood
