Petraeus Reaches Plea Deal Over Giving Classified Data to His Lover

WASHINGTON--March 3, 2015—David Petraeus. the best-known military commander of his generation, has reached a plea deal with the Justice Department and admitted providing his highly classified journals to a mistress when he was the director of the C.I.A.

Mr. Petraeus has agreed to plead guilty to one count of unauthorized removal and retention of classified material, a misdemeanor. He is eligible for up to one year in prison, but prosecutors will recommend a sentence of probation for two years and a $40,000 fine.

Do you mean to tell me he walks?
After I spent years securing every miserable piece of classified material in 5 classified, locked file cabinets?

By the end of each working day accounting for every single piece of classified material that was loaned or generated in this department?

Each file cabinet relocked with combination locks only I had combinations for?

Was that all a joke? Busy work?

A waste of my freaken time?

Gawd forbid a classified piece went missing at the end of the working day.
Now the shit REALLY hits the proverbial fan!
