Airplane Folly!

She took a trip on an airplane and smelled smoke. The flight crew came out and did their bit with the fire extinguisher, so she knew everything was OK. But she could still smell the smoke afterward and found it irritating. When hubby related the story...in public...he glibly asked why haven’t they made airplanes with windows that open yet.

Now, I never took a physics course or anything...and I’ve been on many, many airplanes...including the now defunct Concorde...but it just didn’t seem a good idea to crack a window open for a touch of fresh air...the windows didn’t have screens for one thing...oh, yeah, then there’s that other pesky reason...everything would be sucked freaken out!  

And THIS is what we want for a president?!??
