The answer: NO, they are NOT. Not one of them is taking big donor money to do what they do. WE are the source of their income through our subscriptions, likes, comments, and views. They support US because WE support them, and THEY CANNOT BE BOUGHT. These Democrats don't need outside big donor money--they'd rather stay unbought, speak truth to power, and speak FOR us and to us (David takes sponsorships, but he's very clear about that, and he doesn't advertise anything he doesn't actually use himself).
