Before I get into todaze n00z, let me explain a bit: I'm making this an update rather than a separate post to remind you please to call every Republican Senator--as my dad and I are doing--and keep begging them not to kill us all by giving all our money to the rich: the vicious tax bill, which passed the Senate earlier and which passed the House narrowly last week, is on its way into reconciliation, which means that only a simple majority of 51 Senators must vote "yea" for it to pass.

This was the first Monday that the majority of Americans actually looked forward to in a very long time.

Boy howdy--what a great b'day prezzie for princess "Let them suck champagne popsicles" Ivanka: the beginning of the end of the reign of terror for her pappy, Putin's cock holster.

That's right, friends.

Not only did Robert "Bobby Three Sticks" Mueller deliver the promised indictment of tRUmp campaign manager Paul Manafort and the not unexpected indictment of Manafort's deputy, Rick Gates, but Mueller also delivered the double whammy of unsealing the guilty plea of campaign staffer George Papadopoulos.

Isn't it delicious? "Lock her up" MAGAshits perp-walked into the courthouse.

Manafort and Gates, who both pled "not guilty," are both under house arrest with bail set beyond what either can afford: $10 million for Manafort and $5 million for Gates, suggesting that the government suspects them both of being strong flight risks.

Other details have been trickling out all day, including some of the bullshit Manafort spent his laundered money on, which included over $800,000 in men's clothes.

Dayum, son--in all my 53 years combined, I have never and likely will never own that much in clothing.

One Tweep said that, what with all the suffering in Puerto Rico, Manafort's frivolous haberdashery alone should be worth five years behind bars.

The Papadopoulos guilty plea is more problematic for tRUmp because it implicates tRUmp in conspiring with Putin to get dirt on Hillary Clinton and thus rig the election for tRUmp.

As Natasha Bertrand of Business Insider points out, it also shifts the timeline of tRUmp-Russian conspiracy a few months earlier than we'd realized.

In short, Papadopoulos was Putin's first dangle of Hillary dirt under the tRUmp campaign's noses to see if they'd bite.

Nothing seems to have come out of that contact in terms of the promised "thousands of e-mails," but the contact encouraged Putin to keep baiting his hook and reeling 'em in by confirming that he had a very hungry live one on his line.

Not surprisingly, nobody on the tRUmp campaign informed the FBI of the Papadopoulos contact promising Hillary dirt any more than they let the FBI know about any of the other Russian dangles--which they would have if they had not intended on breaking the law.

I've been seeing commentary that unsealing Papadopoulos's guilty plea buys Mueller more time by limiting the degree to which tRUmp can pardon the guilty.

I do hope that's right, and I hope that Republicans in the House and Senate can convince Putin's cock holster to let Mueller finish his work without all the messiness of firing Mueller and the resulting massive marches in the streets as people like me--and I hope you, too--take to the streets and demand impeachment and removal of the traitorous orange and all of his swamp slimes.

I have a funny feeling that not even the complicit GOP really wants millions of us villagers swarming the District with our torches and pitchforks.

Not a great look for them right now.

Dear ones, I hardly know what to say.

The pro-greed, pro-death tRUmpublicans in the House passed their ghastly, vicious anti-American budget today.

This is the budget that guts Medicaid by $1T and Medicare by $0.5T...and guts SNAP benefits...while skyrocketing the deficit by over $1.5T...all in the interest of transferring the nation's wealth straight to the top, where you'd think (if you were a sane, reasonable person) that too much is already overly concentrated.

The next step: since the budget is a reconciliation bill, it only needs a simple majority.

It is reprehensible that these already-rich bastards are so intent on murdering us.

Only mentally diseased monsters devoid of empathy and compassion could think that giving the rich more money to hoard and waste on mansions, yachts, and other useless-yet-expensive trinkets and baubles really is more important than keeping living, breathing human beings alive and well.

GRRRRR.

The good news, if you want to call it that, is that the ghastly, vicious budget only passed by 216 to 212. That has got to be the narrowest margin in history for passing something that the Greedy Old Putinists are so intent on, so please know that your phone calls helped and are helping.

Also, please know that, of the two chambers of Congress, the House is the more Tea-thug extreme compared to the slightly more level-headed Senate.

This means that we DO have a chance to stop this gawd-awful bill...as long as we keep jamming the tRUmpublicans' phone lines with our calls!
